Walking the dog yesterday and noticed a car was parked in the middle of Barlows Lane South, completely blocking the road.
The owner was just leaving the fields with his dogs as I walked past - I couldn't decide if he was just stupid or didn't give a jot..
I guess he was lucky no residents were trying to come or go at the time.

Torkington Road has to be the worst in Hazel Grove cars parked literally in the road and on corners. I hate going down there in our car.

Sorry, my mistake, I actually meant the top of commercial road where it turns into Bosden Fold Road. Reliably informed by other half!

As said earlier, put all the yellow paint down you want, plaster it on thick and bright. Give it a month and these people will just park back in the same prohibited spots. Cos they soon realise there's no enforcement being followed up.

I was in the Grove elsewhere today and they were all over the double yellows at a road junction onto the A6 where people are trying to cross.

Finally seen a parking warden 2 weeks ago. And what was she doing???? Checking tickets on dashes in a park & display car park.

Need to get some priorities right with the parking warden staff. A parked car without a ticket in a car park is far less dangerous than a car parked causing a hazard on a road to pedestrians and road users.
