Whats Bad - far too many bars opening we need to keep a balance between the day and night life of this village. whats wrong with the pubs there great.

Whats Good - Hazel Grove Snooker Club is one of the better things here.
Good night out, nice food too. They hold the WPBSA Under 18 championships here every year, normally come an watch the future stars. Judd Trump progressed here if memory serves me right.
Its a good thing for the area.

Whats Good - I left the grove over 20 years ago to live in Oxford, the best curry restaurant by far is the Nobin when we go back to the grove we look forward to the Nobin, the foods great the service excellent

Whats Bad - Just incase the local community were in any doubt about the Lib Dems who represent our constituency "MPs have approved plans to raise tuition fees in England to a maximum of £9,000" Note: Andrew Stunell voted for this rise in the tuition fees.

Whats Good - The carpet shop next to the Grapes..DJ Carpets. Great little shop, very helpful guy, local business. Apparently he's managed to stay in business for the last 37yrs....well done to him. You can't keep going that long unless you give good service ;). Give it a try.

Whats Bad - Moved back to the Grove in February this year, after many moons in Woodley, the obvious changes aside, I notice many Grove motirists seem to be exempt from road traffic regs ie not wearing seat belts, driving and using a mobile and not signaling when cornering, come people its not rocket science.

Whats Bad - The Bamboo, broken glass outside my house every morning,potholes, the pubs, bad shops, the traffic, nosey locals and gossips, drunkards weeing on my front door at weekends, complete lack of respect from everyone from and not from Hazel Grove whilst in it. What else can i say? cant wait to move!!!
