Yeh,I had a do with frozen shoulder, went to the physiotherapist, she gave me a load of stretching exercises and hey presto after a week it cleared up.It does come back occasionally but I just do a few stretches when I feel it coming on and it soon clears

Had a pinched nerve in my neck some time ago , gave they same symptoms as a frozen shoulder, took ages to clear up. Best profile picture on the forum by the way :)

Ibuprofen and a hot water bottle, duvet day in front of telly, viewing to include one session of Jeremy Vile, Loose Cacklers and some cruddy house makeover tripe - you'll be cured within 24 hours.

Oh, and close the bedroom window of a night-time when the weather's breezy.

its not an uncommon problem at moment with city fans, your not use to throwing your arms in the air when they score.

Mine lasted 5 months. I had physio 3 time a week with exercises to do at home, plus I had ultra sound treatment. Eventually went away on its own about a month after I stopped physio etc.

The better half had to help me get dressed.
