Wokingham is a pleasant place to live. The town centre is pretty average comprising of most well known shops amd supermarkets. The sports facilities are lacking and there is relatively little to do in wokingham other than shop/swim/go bowling.

Wokingham is a pleasant town and a nice place to live. The town centre has a decent selection of shops for daily needs, although no comparison to nearby Reading. Parts of the town have significant planned renovation, although this unlikely to be started for a few years. Wokingham is also one of the most affluent places in England and the schools are good. For everything that can't be found in Wokingham, Reading is approx 15-20 mins drive away off-peak, and 10-15 by train. ...
