Skate Park

Whilst in the park over this morning I noticed that the skate park has been vandalised with almost all the ramps suffering substantial damage.
As this project was funded by the “Friends of Torkington Park” will they be responsible for the repair or removal of this hazard? Or is it insured?
As it was a privately funded project I don’t expect is upkeep to be covered by the council, can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks

With Grafitti? Is it offensive?
Part of the skate park scene I'd say.

It's been like that since before the summer holidays.

Big holes have been smashed in to the wooden ramps, it's not a graffiti problem. Padlocks were put on the two gates right after it happened but many of the kids ignore them and just hop over the fence. I've watched parents lift their children over the fence even though it's blatantly obvious it's closed because it's dangerous!
