If you are driving to the Bonfire and wondering where to park, we suggest for FREE at the Poynton Civic Centre (Waitrose).
Get there early and join the Poynton Commodores (www.commodores.info) on a musical family walk to Poynton Park.

The Police kindly temporarily close Park Avenue & London Road North for a few mins, so it's a great, safe, family way of arriving at the Bonfire. We leave the Civic Centre at 6pm.

SOME IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

For everyone's safety we don't allow the following items into the Park:
- Alcohol
- Glass Bottles
- Personal Fireworks
- Sparklers

You will be able to buy alcohol (beer, wine, cider) from the bar, and plastic 'glasses' are provided. Our license doesn't allow people to bring their own alcohol, and we need to ensure everyone is of legal age, which we can do at
the bar.

The no Personal Fireworks and no Sparklers rule is a safety requirement. The site is very busy and we don't want anyone to get hurt by uncontrolled fireworks or waving sparklers.

Our gate security staff will be conducting random bag searches for these items.

We want everyone to have fun in a safe and friendly environment.
Enjoy the evening. We are expecting a great night, the fireworks should be excellent.
