Home Office figures have shown that the rise in a first class stamp from 46p to 60p will cost the average man a extra 14p per annum.

Which doesn't seem too bad until you realise that it's mostly average woman who's queueing for the stamps whilst average man runs out to stock pile petrol and pasties.

Can't remember that last time i bought a stamp!

What do you use them for again? Isn't it something to do with travel, sure i heard someone boasting about how they can get all the way to Scotland for 60p.

I think it is what they put on the form for mansion tax,and then the accountant can set the cost off against something or other
